I couldn’t believe that I saw two crows just perched together outside our place on the power lines yesterday. I’ve been trying for so long to catch two of them sitting together, because I see it everywhere but I just don’t have my camera with me at the time and my phone camera (of which I used for this photo) just can’t reach to get a nice picture. But since these two pesky crows were sitting RIGHT outside my window and I only had my phone camera with me at the time, I thought I’d quickly snap a picture. Have you seen two crows sitting together before? They ALWAYS seem to be in twos! If you only see one-the other one is close by, GUARANTEED!

The sun was setting beautifully the other day on our way to the theatre so I just had to snap a photo and again I was using my phone for this one too. AND it was taken through the glass of our van windshield, but still I think I captured the sun’s awe-someness!

And finally, last but not least, yes that photo above is of our cats playing with their new toy. Did I mention we are keeping all 3 cats and that Jeff is too attached to find homes for them? Well we are, and did I mention what we are doing to try and live with the cats and our allergies? We bought HEPA air filters, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The one downstairs is a stand up one from Blackwood (b/c we were able to use a friend’s discount there) and it’s suppose to cover a larger area (I really like the look of it. and it works good too). ANd for our bedroom we got us a large round one that sits on a shelf, from Wal-Mart. It works quite good too. With a puff at night and that thing blaring I’m able to sleep the whole night through. Last night I slept for 11 hours! And we got ourselves a vaccuum cleaner that’s made for Pet Owners. It too has a HEPA filter built into it, and I’ve been trying to get into the habit of vaccuuming at least once a week. Once I have that habit down then I’ll add a second day! Now back to the photo…Jeff bought them this remote controlled Mario car racer toy thingy and boy were they scared of it at first. Now the girls really like to sneak up on it, apparently, I haven’t seen it yet, but Nacho IS the shy one so I can imagine they WOULD like it a lot more. I’m pretty sure Jeff has fun playing with the toy himself too. (We’ll make great parents, I mean we’ve pretty much already got the playing down pat! haha)

Besides all that, I’ve been working a lot more at the office, helping out there and am really enjoying it (now). It is tedious and I AM using our Graphic Designer’s office while he’s in Jamaica which is quite loud because the walls are thin and I can hear the guy in the office next to me. BUT that’s ok, because that’s when I stick on my headset and rock out! haha I think my favourite CD to listen to while working is either "Start Right Here" or anything country. "Start Right Here" is a CD that features all of Keith Greens old songs that he wrote, but modern rock bands, that’s Christian Rock bands rather, re-sing them all and put a MODERN ROCK twist on the tunes making them sound really cool and upbeat. It keeps me going at work. Because as many of you know, tedious work CAN and WILL put you to sleep if you don’t walk around after an hour or so, OR if you’re listening to music you may be able to last an hour and a half, THAT’S LIKE ME! haha

Ok I’ve gotta get going now to start my day. Since we got all our work done at the office right now, I have a FREE DAY. This just means I get to stay home and do housework! Yay! only the laundry really needs doing though…because we don’t have kids it’s a rather boring or quiet life we live. Just imagine your grandparent’s home-ok that’s kind of like ours ALTHOUGH my Grandma Rosina’s home was OFTEN full of her neighbors. They’d all be sitting around her table smoking and playing cards, it surprisingly WAS louder than our place when we’re not playing video games that is.

I just found out they found more cancer tumors on my Grandma’s lungs now! So she may need to go in for Chemo again soon. She just got over the Ovarian cancer BUT SHE IS still smoking packs a day, so go figure! (This DOES make me angry!) I can’t breathe when I’m at her house so I don’t visit as often as I would like. I DO keep her in my prayers though.

I gotta go run literally. Eat some breakfast and get on that Wii…perhaps I’ll get on the Wii Fit first and do a Body Test. Yesterday, or last night rather I weighed 169 and after working out and eating I did the test again and weighed 170!!! So far the Wii Fit board tells me that I’ve lost 8lbs since we started and that was 15 days ago! THIS IS EXCITING.
