7 Pounds in the WRONG direction!!! Grrr…

I really went overboard this last weekend/Christmas holidays. I overate a couple of times, only a couple, but I think what did it was my time of the month and eating the non-GI Christmas dinners that were made especially for me.

I can’t believe how quickly it is to gain weight eating non-GI. Wow! I left weighing 175! And came back weighing 182. Can you believe it? This is so very depressing.

At least to think I had a baby in me would be more joyous than not. Hmm…too bad that HPT was negative. I can’t wait to meet with the Doctor though so we can rule out other things I might not have, ha ha (rather sarcastically spewed out).

Yes today I am depressed!
