The Olympic Torch
9th February, 2010From Left To Right in point form.
- Nacho and Panda are getting along
- My Mom bought us a King sized bed. We like different blankets so this is what it looks like right now.
- I got to see the Olympic Torch being ran past me downtown. I wish the picture turned out better :/ The man, maybe famous, was wearing all white holding the torch high. The flame matches street lamps!! Why do we have those lamps again? Grrr… We almost missed it too because we were driving to our volleyball league when we saw it coming down the hill. So I jumped out of the van and ran to the side of the road, stood beside a Police Officer and snapped the best picture I could with my phone :| I’m just glad I got to see it anyhow and even got a picture.
- Nacho and Panda together again
- I found a great place to make silloettes at home now!
- The sun shone both yesterday and today. It’s been so nice out. Food’s coming up in the garden and buds are appearing on trees!!
- I have gotten a few walks in with both Panda AND MY MOM. (L-Mom R-Me Bottom-Panda)
- My Mom gave me a hair cutting kit with REAL Hairdresser scissors, a comb and electric razor. I used the scissor and comb the other day, it was very nice.
- Panda looks good and acts like she does too! hehe she’s been so pooped out lately, probably from all the running around I’ve had her doing.
- This is how long my bangs really are, when I hold down my cow-licks.
- And this is how much my bangs bounce up and go to the side. MUCH BETTER look I think!
- Picasa repeats photos while making a collage :)
I’m sorry I have not been around to visit you at your blogs. I’ve been so busy working part-time for our caching containers store, on client’s websites, walking Panda, playing with her, exercising and spending time with my Mom. There’s only so much time in the day and in order to get to your blogs I’d probably have to set a special time to do so. As of right now, I’m not sure when that would be. We’ll see though!
Hope you all are doing alright then, and I hope that one day you too will get to see the Olympic torch up close like I did. It amazes me that it is being ran across all of Canada in 100 days!! It reminds me of when I ran in the 1988 Terry Fox run. Loved doing that! Love running for a cause, can’t wait to be ABLE to do that more. Gotta get healthy so I can :)Now time to work on a website for the company I work part-time for!!
Laters,

I saw the summer Olympic torch run through Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1996 (I think that was the year without looking it up). It happens fast, but it’s neat to say you saw it!
I think your bangs are super cute when the flip over to the side like that!
