w8loss update

YAY I lost 4lbs overnight!!! ALL I DID yesterday was stop eating by 730pm AND I ATE A LOT of spinach salad, veggies, fruit and VERY LITTLE meat! I aim to do this EVERYDAY…so I can lose those 50lbs in time for the SUMMER :o)
Just make sure you eat enough to keep your metabolism going! Good job with the 4 pounds!
Ya I need to eat enough that’s for sure!
because I charted my weightloss journey for 18 months I KNOW how many calories I ate when I lost weight!
Keeping TRACK via a chart helps a person KNOW how much they need.
The hard part for me though is knowing HOW much or HOW little to eat when I throw exercise into the equation!!!
I know that if I EAT LOW GI foods (anything in the green column from the book) then I won’t gain any weight and I don’t even have to exercise, but exercise is good for the heart so I still will get out and enjoy that time too!!
