Rev 19:4

9th January, 2009
I just recently created a new piece done with Crayola markers and I called it Rev 19:4. Go to my artwork page scroll down to the bottom to see it. Are you curious to know what Rev. 19:4 says in the Bible? And why did I choose this particular verse??

Well while I was drawing this image, I was praying, being open to the Holy Spirit and listening to Jesus. What came to mind was the book of Revelation chapter 19. "Hallelujah!" I had this sense of rejoicing, praising our God for all the good things he’s done in my life and I was filled with joy, thinking of Heaven when we will all worship as one body.

In unity we’ll be in the most beautiful, most peaceful, best place ever to exist. Can you imagine? I can’t wait. Imagine your favourite thing on this Earth. Now think about how you feel. Well Heaven will be like that times 100! Exciting. So to this I say in verse 4, "Amen, Hallelujah!"

There will be no comparing in Heaven, everyone will play the best role for them, best position, best title. and the next bit of this chapter goes on to say in verse 5, "Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!" He is worthy of our praise. Don’t you think? Your life is about Him, and Him alone. verse 6

Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: "Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear." (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)

I love this chapter in Revelation, have you read it before? if not, read it now! And plz let me know what your thoughts are on it???

I love that chapter too. It is so filled with joy. There is a song taken from those verses – “Hallelujah, For the Lord our God, The Almighty reigns…” Have you heard it? When I hear those verses I can hear that song.
I really like your art work for this too!

Very cool Demara. I like it a lot. The small group I normally attend at my church is doing a Revelation study. It is really interesting!
