Tissue Balls All Lined In A Row
27th November, 2008
It’s another early morning.
5:32am to be exact.
I went to bed at 2am on the love seat downstairs.
Downstairs, away from the enclosed smoke-filled room
and instead in the cat-filled room.
I woke up at 4:30am or so.
I can’t stop blowing my nose and wiping my eyes.
Like Dan likes to say,
"I’m just a little sweaty today."
except he was referring to actual crying,
I on the other hand am referring to allergies.
I don’t know which is worse, the cigarette smoke, or the cats,
but I really miss having a haven within my own home,
so I’m thinking the cigarette smoke is 100 times worse.
What do you think?
oh and yes I decided to go with our family’s hockey team’s vintage colors
for my new blog look, because I got a new jacket today (seen in the header) and felt inspired.
I love bright colors!
What about you? Do you like bright colors?
or do you have a favourite color???
If so, what is it?

I like your jacket! However – I hate that you are dealing with that smoke thing. I’ve had nights with tissue balls lined up in a row, so I know exactly what you are saying. I hope you are able to come up with a solution soon!
Hi Demara,
I think that cigarette smoke is awful! And it is far worse than cats (and mind you, I am not a cat person).
I am so sorry to hear that you are sick :(…I wish you well!!
“What about you? Do you like bright colors?” – No, I don’t.
“or do you have a favourite color??? If so, what is it?” – I do have a favourite colour: black (I wear black a lot); but I also love grey!
Have a nice weekend and plenty of rest!
Cheers
I would have to say that the smoke is worse. You can take something for the cat allergies…but nothing is going to help the smoke.
I do have favorite colors….I love the cool colors-royal blue, emerald green, maroon and cranberry. But if I were to say my favorite color to wear…it would be black.
I love bright colours! Purple, red, green… obviously not all at once but I do love to wear a bold coloured shirt if I am wearing a black or grey skirt – so long as it is plain coloured and has no pattern (I’m not a fan of crazy patterns)!
