landscape

The landscape was beautiful on our drive up the Gold Rush Trail. We were headed up country to do some Gold Country caching. It was our goal to complete our Geotourism book that featured this are of British Columbia. We were excited to find the 14 more left we had which would complete the 24 total that would ensure us receive a prize. An one of a kind ‘gold nugget’ geo-coin.

Flowers

We also saw many flowers along the way. Trekking over a thousand kilometers (from Cache Creek all the way to 70 Mile House and back down again to Merritt, Kamloops, Kelowna, Pavillion, Lake Le Jeune, Clinton and so forth) we ventured out and it was such beautiful weather for it.

Family

we were very grateful to have family join us too for some of it. After arriving late to our Annual Family BBQ we were greeted with smiles, Farmers Sausage, potato salad, and homeade buns. After great food, games, and a good sleep, the next day some family joined us caching in Kelowna BC.

Geocaching

We had a wonderful, very long, exciting, and draining holiday. Not sure when we’ll be able to get away from work to do this again, but I’m hoping it’s actually not for a while because I’m happy to be home.

time to relax! pffff

and have you noticed that British Columbia Canada is beautiful?!?!? Why not take another closer look here at my Collages album online, its there that these collages are larger in size for your viewing pleasure!! Enjoy!
