The Brothers Hike
And since the weather was perfect, what better way to spend this time with him than hiking up a mountain. So Saturday we ventured out on a 3 hour hike, thinking it was only going to be an hour.
Jeff’s Personal Trainer led the way, and we were off!!! (click on the pictures below to enlarge them)
This picture above, is a collage of photos taken before and on our way up the mountain. Half way up the Personal Trainer had us stop to do push-ups, pull-ups and the chair against a metal fence.
This is a collage of photos taken during the hike and at the destination (the picture of Jeff, myself, and Dawson was taken on the edge of the cliff overlooking the Fraser Valley, here in Canada.) What a beautiful lookout spot hey?
And this my friends, is a accumulation of photos taken of the sky at the lookout, on our way down the mountain, and when we were finished.
I really love hiking! What about you?

What beautiful pictures of your hike. That was an awesome thing to do with your brother-in-law. I bet he had a great time!
What lovely pictures. I’m glad you enjoy hiking. I’m not a big fan at all. I think it’s the whole outdoor thing. :) It looks like you all had a good time.
Hey Demara,
It has been nice out and we too have been able to take in the beautiful outdoors, just not in the form of a hike. It is something that we need to do in order not to get depressed during the rainy days.

Hiking….ummm not so much. Day trips are not too bad but the the ones that take several days, not for me! I have hiked several parts of the Appalachian Trail not by choice but because I didn’t want to lose my job!
Looks like a beautiful place to hike Demara !!! Great photos and I love the way you put them into collages !!
HI Demara, just checking in on you!! :) I love to hike too, but will enjoy it more once my foot is healed. Nothing worse than being slow on a hike…grrr. The photos are beautiful — looks like a beautiful place. How neat to have a young BIL too! I was once the young IL — I’m the youngest in my family. D
