My Mini-Goal
The air filter is screaming beside me in our bedroom, as I sit massaging my keyboard at home.
It’s Sunday night! This is our "movie" date night, where we go out to watch a movie at our favourite theatre. And tonight’s movie will be: "Tropic Thunder". It looks like my kind of movie! (I love action adventure movies as well as "based on true story" ones.)

Tonight, just like I try to do every night, I did an hour long "strength training" workout. This is where I love to combine a variety of exercises, organized differently every-time so that my body doesn’t get use to the same physical challenges and then stay in a rut, which is also known as a plateau.
Right now, my mini-goal is to aim at losing 2 lbs a month, since I have very little time during the day now, now that I am working full-time, my goal had to be cut drastically!
I’m still hoping my body will surprise me with another gigantic drop in weight like it did when I first started this journey, but with how it’s going right now I’m thinking it’ll just stay it’s steady course of 2 lbs a month.
Jeff is waiting for me downstairs. We’re going to start our date night now with some "Mario Party" (a video game) on Wii, and then it’s MOVIE TIME!!!
UPDATE:
We watched the movie! It was NOT that great!!! I’m warning you…don’t waste your money on seeing it, seriously. If you want to learn more just post a comment asking me along with your email address and I’ll write you back, explaining WHY I hated it!

Hi. Just wanted to let you know I was here. I don’t check blogs very often anymore (due to crackbook). Good job on the strength training. It really makes a difference doesn’t it? I added it to my fitness plan after having Kiera and I think it really helps the weight loss.
I’m curious to know what “crackbook” is, will have to look into that!
I’ve noticed a lot of people take a break from blogging over the summer season! I guess there’s just so much more to be doing OUTSIDE!!!
I’m really happy with strength training. It’s great to do while watching TV, because time goes by so fast then!
