Eating Right

The weight has started to drop again. Woohoo!

I don’t know why I always seem to lose weight between June and September but I do. So I better eat really healthy these next 4 months so that I can drop another 40lbs, but my aim is to lose more than that. I hope to be down 55lbs by the end of September. Since this seems to be the only time I lost weight last year I might as well take advantage of it.

Today I had hummus on crisp bread and LOVED it. I also had some "EATING RIGHT" oatmeal without sugar or anything else in it for that matter and it was GOOD. I weigh only one pound more tonight than I did when I woke up. I know the next morning’s weightloss will be excellent IF I haven’t gained any weight during the day.

I found some "EATING RIGHT" veggie hamburger meat at Safeway the other day and you know it’s REALLY GOOD. I think it was actually better the second day-cold. It tasted like Taco meat-with a little bit of a chilli flavour to it. I had that with lettuce, and cooked veggies as well as one slice of WASA whole grain Rye crisp bread, Hummus, PGX, and water.

(I think I have a crush on that "EATING RIGHT" brand. Every time I see their white and green boxes I feel compelled to grab and toss right into my cart.)

So I’m not sure if it is the PGX, the 12 to 15 glasses of water I drink everyday or the healthy eating, but I still am going down. It shows most in my BMI, of which I get off the Wii Fit.

Have you seen the "EATING RIGHT" brand in stores yet? Have you tried anything they make? If so, what did you think?

I love their potato crisps. They taste like potato chips but are waaaayyyy less calories and fat. Great for summer parties and movie nights.

I have not tried any of their products. I will have to look for it the next time I am at the store.

Jason and I started the PGX! He went online and bought it that same night we were talking about it at the Norwex party. He shocked me since he is usually skeptical about things like that. So I have been doing six a meal for over a week and now I am having painful gut problems. I am taking it down to four for a while to see if it gets better but I really feel so full and I know I am eating less. So far I am not sure if I have lost much but I must be. It is expensive for both of us to be on it so I hope it works! Since I started it my mom has started again as well. She tried it before but didn’t take enough to see results. Did you find you got bloated when you first started?

when i started, I think i was still a little bloated from the laparoscopy. But I also started by taking 1 to 2 capsules for a week. By week 2 I was up to 3 and by week 3 I was taking 6, since I felt it wouldn’t hurt me to have more fibre-AS LONG AS I WAS DRINKING LOTS OF WATER of course.

So to answer your questions, yes, yes I was bloated but only for a week or so, I think.

Now I’m not! Except for when I have dairy-because I’m intolerant. And you know my waist is actually getting flat. Flat enough for me to buy 2 bikinis last week!

    I’m still in shock!
    PGX works.
