I think I can!
I KNOW I can!
This is what I looked like after today’s workout and boy was it ever vigorous. I worked so hard, I was shaking with strength!!! Today, I did 25 push-ups using an exercise ball under my feet for extra strengthening (it is so hard to keep your balance at first), every week it is my goal to increase this by 5, till I get to 45-the average an adult woman over the age of 25 "should" be able to do. I did ab crunches, hip raises, hops, lines, running, weight lifting, tubing, squats, aerobics, stretches, and pilates all really quick and within 50mins. Oh and I stopped eating at 6pm too!!! Hoping this will break the plateau!
Now I’m going to have a bath and get ready for bed, goodnight all!
