A God Gift
Written November 29th…
Wow I can’t believe what happened at work today.
I guess I didn’t tell you what happened yesterday did I? Well I told afloor supervisor exactly what I was thinking when I called
him for help. You see we have a help line we can call for
"help" and well he basically kept asking me questions when I
kept telling him the same answers over and over again. Then
he said it sounds like you don’t want to help the customer.
That’s when I had enough. I said, "excuse me, but I do want
to help the customer that’s why I’m calling you for help. It
seems like you want to waste the customer’s time by arguing
with me instead of doing your job helping me and the
customer. That’s when he said fine bring the customer on
the line, and I did just to have the supervisor turn the
customer back on me. I tried to call our part’s team to find
out the status on the customer’s part but my phone was not
working and that’s what I needed help with so my desk
buddy ended up calling for me on her phone then she
transferred the call over to me so I could get a hold of the
parts team. It was taking a long time so I told the customer
I’d call them back. And I did, provided them with their
tracking number and told them the part had been shipped
that morning. They were pleased, and said they’d look into
it. WELL to my amazement this whole phone call was being
recorded. Haha.
The evaluator came over to my desk today
and asked me what happened with this customer and I told
her, the part had been shipped and that I called the
customer back. She said, "that’s great! And I felt so bad for
you yesterday. I assure you THAT will not happen again!" I said,
"good. It was very frustrating."
I’ve been emailing the boss of my bosses too secretly when I
don’t feel that I’ve been treated fairly or when I think a
customer is not being taken care of and you know?
Today all my supervisors were three hundred and sixty degrees
different. It was a very different atmosphere today even
when all our tools went down, for everyone, the supervisors
were very helpful today and it was wonderful! What a God
gift. Thank-you Jesus!
You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.

Click on the verse link above and then choose to "LISTEN TO THIS PASSAGE" I LOVE listening to the Bible, being read like this.
:(
Why?
Well because she had car trouble too often and was unable to come into work because of it. She was so much help, too! Oh well, I guess God has other plans for her.
AND guess what??? I had tools today! I waited 3 weeks and finally I have access to our NEW database. YAY!!!

Some good things are happening. And you are trusting God. That’s a good thing too.
Glad it went in your favor. I answered your questions on my blog today.
I love it when God is our advocate !!! Wonderful story … you seem very confident in your job now! That is so good to see… but… didn’t I tell you so ??? smile
