I guess some people want to feel important in this life, and ya I am one of those people. In order to feel like my life is worth anything I need to know that I am needed. But as it stands, ya, let’s just say the cats need me. But they are only cats, right? And I don’t know about you but status is huge for me, I know being a child of our Heavenly Father it’s probably one of the heaviest burdens to carry.

Status being= having a great job (which consists of accomplishment, acceptance, status (good pay), and variety), doing something important where I am needed, you know to say "I’m a Technician" would be so nice too.

But as it stands right now that may not be the case. We’ll see. Why do you think that is so important to some people? That is, that they have a job title that they are proud of? Is there a difference between need and want though I wonder? I do feel I need to feel needed at a job in order to feel I need to stay, or is it to feel wanted that I am looking for, I wonder? Hmmm…what do you think? Do you think you are at your job because you feel they need or want you there? Does your job make you feel important? What things keep you at a place of employment?
